Hi! My name is Nina Joss.
I'm an ambitious, curious and self-motivated journalist with experience in writing, audio, video and photography. I seek to create a healthier, more just and more empathetic world through storytelling.
I grew up in Michigan and graduated from the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, where I learned the power of storytelling in connecting people and communities.
I am currently a general assignment reporter at Colorado Community Media, a print and online news organization. I am also a fellow in the Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship program. In addition to reporting, I have experience in audience engagement, photography, newsletter writing, audio and video production, podcast marketing and wine pairing.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, yoga, running, traveling and water skiing.
My work has been published by Colorado Community Media, the Colorado Sun, Rocky Mountain PBS, Summit Daily, CBS4 and the Sentinel Colorado.
Additional work is available upon request. Feel free to also explore my work at https://coloradocommunitymedia.com/littleton/.
